This role reports to the Team Lead of Supply Chain in the Marcellus Business Unit.  This role is responsible for the supply chain management of all D&C spend categories to include, but not limited to Rigs, Stimulation, Drilling Services, and OCTG.  This role will work directly with internal stakeholders in the D&C group to ensure Repsol Supply Chain norms are met, savings and efficiency targets are achieved, and a strong working relationship is maintained.


  • Fully Integrate with internal stakeholders and maintain strong working relationship
  • Manage Repsol RFX process from initiation to implementation
  • Conduct / Support contract negotiations
  • Provide budgetary input / cost assumptions to Business Unit via the use of Market Intelligence
  • Liaise with Global Supply Chain Management group
  • Support and assist Finance / AP as needed
  • Assistance at any phase of the B2P Process
  • Comply with all Repsol norms
  • Identify new suppliers, manage existing supply base


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any US employer
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any Business field, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience and/or a strong background in Drilling or Completions
  • Knowledge of Repsol systems is preferred (SAP/SRM/SGIA)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines, and with suppliers
  • Candidate must be adaptable and flexible – must be able to “wear multiple hats”
  • Candidate must have experience in negotiations
  • Travel to field and field office as needed
